Athelite will happily exchange our products within 30 days. Please make sure your products are in new condition and the tamper evident seals are intact. Send them back to us with your order number and which products you'd like to exchange them for:

Providing we have stock, we will send out your exchange within 2 business days of receiving your return. If stock is an issue, we will contact you ASAP. If we cannot contact you we will consider your order cancelled and return the funds to your credit or debit card.

We will send out your new order free of charge; however we don't cover the cost of you returning the products to us. If you are a customer outside of Australia, postage charges will apply for both return and resend.


We deliver via Australia Post. If no one is available upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (work or private) the parcel will be left in a secure spot on the premises, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick up arrangements at the nearest Post Office. Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, please allow up to 6 working days for delivery within Australia.

We dispatch within 24-48 business hours of receiving your order. For example, if your order is placed on a Tuesday afternoon, we will dispatch your goods on Wednesday. If your order is placed after 11am on a Friday or over the weekend, your goods will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please allow for public holidays where Australia Post does not operate.

Please check that your delivery details are up-to-date and correct before you check out and confirm your order. We cannot guarantee timely delivery if we don’t have your correct address. Athelite Nutrition Pty Ltd trading as Athelite Nutrition takes no responsibility and has no liability for goods dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We will endeavour to resolve the issue with the customer where possible however any claims for refund as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer are void.
