Return or Exchange of Non Faulty Goods:
All products for return or exchange must be must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
A receipt must be provided
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange (unless the goods are faulty) in the following cases:
- When the packaging has been opened
- More than 30 days after date of sale
- Custom made products
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us- email@example.com Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Our liability in relation to faulty goods is limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods or the payment of the costs of acquiring equivalent goods or replacing equivalent goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
